Como en muchos otros casos en el mundo, las pesquerías amazónicas artesanales se encuentran en crisis, situación que se refleja en la ocurrencia de períodos, cada vez más frecuentes, de escasez de los recursos hidrobiológicos. La pesquería ornamental de la Estrella Fluvial de Inírida (EFI), al norte de la Amazonía colombiana, en el departamento de Guainía, en donde las comunidades indígenas llevan más de tres décadas dedicadas a esta actividad, no es la excepción. |
